W/O型反相微乳液法制备Ru/Se催化剂纳米颗粒

在W/O(水/油)型反相微乳液体系中,采用NaBH4还原氯化钌(RuCl3)和二氧化硒(SeO2)合成RuxSey基催化剂纳米颗粒.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X-ray衍射(XRD)方法分别对产物的粒径、组成和结构等特性进行表征.结果表明,水/表面活性剂的摩尔比(ω0)、表面活性剂的浓度(n0)和制备工艺都不同程度地影响产物的粒径和形貌.FT-IR结果证实,RuCl3在反应中被完全还原.XRD谱图表明,Se的加入对Ru原有的晶面结构不产生影响,其起到了加强Ru衍射峰强度的作用.
Preparation of Ru/Se Nano-particles for Catalyst by W/O Reverse Micro-emulsion
The Rux Sey nano-particles were prepared by reducing RuCl3 and SeO2 using NaBH4 as the reducing agent in the W/O(Water/Oil) reverse micro-emulsion system. The products characteristics such as diameter, components and structure were investigated by Transmission Electronic Microscopy(TEM),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT- IR) and X- ray Diffractometry (XRD). The results showed that the morphology and diameters of the prepared nano-particles were affected by molar ratio of water and surfactant (ω0), concentration of surfactant (n0) and methods of preparing these particles. The result from FT- IR demonstrated that RuCl3 was reduced completely, and the spectrum of XRD confirmed that the adding of Se had no impact on Ru crystal-plane but enhanced the intensity of diffraction peak.
