Based on the theory of interaction design,the website function structure exposed to the users,the user operating procedures,information transmission,and the interactions conducted by the users are analysed and researched comprehensively,as well as the user behavior characteristics and specific needs when using the catering consumption website.These will help to explore the user interaction model and design methods of such sites,to improve the experience process.It aims at doing some useful attempts to promote the development of catering consumption websites and improve the customer services.
