Starting torque test of three-phase asynchronous motor based on off-line single-phase periodic square wave pulse
To overcome the problems of low test accuracy and grid impact in the no-load test method of three-phase asynchronous motor starting torque,a motor starting torque test method based on offline single-phase square wave pulse was proposed.Taking Y160M-4 three-phase asynchronous motor as the research object, the structure, working principle and key parameter calculation method of single-phase square wave inverter power supply used to test the starting torque were given, and the armature current of motor starting process under different excitation modes required to study the starting torque was obtained by using two-dimensional transient electromagnetic field numerical calculation method.Based on the mathematical model of the motor and the coordinate transformation theory, the equivalent circuit model of the motor and the theoretical calculation model of the starting torque under the single-phase sine wave excitation were studied and given. On this basis, the starting torque data processing method under single-phase square wave excitation was further given.According to the proposed calculation method of motor starting torque under single-phase square wave excitation and two-dimensional transient electromagnetic field numerical simulation, the starting torque test error was about 0.25%.The results show that the test accuracy is significantly improved by using this method to calculate the starting torque, which proves the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
