大直径双孔盾构隧道下穿既有道路沉降预测

盾构隧道掘进会对地层产生一定的扰动,引起地表沉降、隆起变形.为预测双孔隧道下穿既有道路以及穿越粉细砂地层时引起的地表沉降,依托雄安至大兴国际机场快线盾构隧道工程,并结合工程监测数据,建立双孔Peck公式.研究表明:针对左右线先后下穿既有道路的工程,其断面地表沉降呈"W"形,两隧道轴向的沉降量最大;后线掘至相同断面时,会加大先行掘进的地表沉降量;基于Peck公式和实测数据,建立预测双孔下穿既有道路和穿越粉细砂地层时断面地表沉降的双孔Peck公式,为类似地层和工程的隧道工程提供理论依据.
Settlement prediction for large diameter double-bore shield tunnel passing under existing roads
The shield tunnel boring will produce certain disturbance to the ground,causing surface settlement and uplift deformation.In order to predict the surface settlement caused by the double-bore tunnel beneath the existing road and through the fine sand stratum,a double-bore Peck formula was established,relying on the shield tunnel project of Xiong'an-Daxing international airport express line,and combined with the engineering monitoring data.The results show that,for the project where the left and right lines successively pass through the existing roads,the surface settlement of the section exhibits a"W"shape,and the axial settlement of the two tunnels is the largest.When the latter line is bored through the same section,it will increase the surface settlement of the first boring.Based on Peck's formula,combined with the measured data,a two-bore Peck's formula is established to predict the surface settlement of the section when the two bores penetrate the existing road and cross the fine sand stratum.This provides a certain theoretical basis for the tunneling projects in similar strata and engineering.
