在聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)中引入具有三嗪环结构的2-氨基-4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪(ADCT),将 MPEG的-OH接枝在 ADCT的三嗪环4、6位制备具有三嗪环结构的 MPEG(ADMT),然后负载于载体材料氧化石墨烯(GO)得到定形相变材料(FSPCM),利用双螺杆挤出机将FSPCM与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,制备FSPCM质量比为5%、10%、15%的PP/FSPCM共混材料,并采用1 H NMR、FT-IR、DSC、热台测试等试验手段对ADMT、FSPCM、PP/FSPCM 共混材料进行表征.研究结果表明:FSPCM结晶焓值为96.1 J·g-1,在250 ℃下仍保留较好的定形效果.10%质量比的PP/FSPCM相变焓值为9.10 J·g-1,焓值效率为60.7%.
Graphene oxide/chemically grafted methoxy polyetheylene glycol solid-solid phase change material
2-amino-4,6-dichloro-l,3,5-triazine(ADCT),with its triazine ring structure,was introduced into methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG),and MPEG with a triazine ring structure(ADMT)was prepared by grafting the-OH of MPEG at the position 4 and 6 of the triazine ring.ADMT was loaded onto the carrier material,graphene oxide(GO),to obtain the form-stable phase change material(FSPCM).FSPCM was blended with polypropylene(PP)using a twin-screw extruder.PP/FSPCM blends with mass ratios of 5%,10%and 15%of FSPCM were prepared.ADMT,FSPCM and PP/FSPCM blended materials were characterized by using 1 H NMR,FT-IR,DSC and hot table test.The results show that the crystallization enthalpy of FSPCM is 96.1 J·g-1,and FSPCM still retains a good form-setting effect at 250 ℃.The enthalpy transformation is 9.10 J·g-1 and the enthalpy efficiency is 60.7%when the mass ratio of PP/FSPCM is 10%.
