Study on Extraction of Flavonoids from Peanut Hull by Ethanol Extraction
Process conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull by ethanol extraction were optimized by single factor and response surface experiment, and the regression model was obtained. The results showed that when material liquid ratio was 1:31.5, ethanol concentration 72%, extraction temperature 77.35℃, extraction rate of flavonoids was 7.32mg/g.
