摘要

本研究以新疆厚皮甜瓜为研究对象,通过测定贮藏期'西域雪1号和'和'红月亮'两个甜瓜品种果实呼吸强度、乙烯释放量及果肉硬度等指标的变化差异,评价其耐贮性;利用1-MCP、臭氧和SO2处理甜瓜果实,结果表明,不同品种的贮藏特性不一致,'红月亮'较'西域雪1号'贮藏性较好;三种处理都能够降低果实腐烂、抑制乙烯和呼吸的释放速率,延缓果肉硬度,1-MCP处理效果最好.

Abstract

The thick-skinned muskmelon of Xinjiang was taken as the research object in this study.The storage resistance of'Xiyuxue No.1'and'Red Moon'fruits was evaluated by measuring the difference of respiration intensity,ethylene release and pulp hardness during storage.The results showed that the storage characteristics of different varieties were inconsistent,'Red Moon'was better than'Xiyuxue No.1'.The melon fruit was treated with 1-MCP,ozone and SO2.The results showed that three treatments could reduce fruit rot,inhibited the release rate of ethylene and respiration,and delayed the pulp hardness,but 1-MCP treatment had the best effect.
