Microbial Community Structure and Diversity of Peach Rhizosphere Soil in Different Regions
Plant rhizosphere soil microbial community can accelerate the circulation of rhizosphere nutrients and regulate soil fertility. The analysis of rhizosphere soil microecological structure of peach trees can effectively improve the planting soil of peach trees. The rhizosphere soil microbial diversity and community composition of peach orchard in Liguan,Tangtou and Yishui of Linyi city were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology. After screening and removal of chimeras,425 267 high-quality sequences were obtained, and the length of these sequences was mainly concentrated in 400-450 bp.A total of 4 175 operational taxa(OTU)were identified in samples from the three regions. The species classification showed that bacteria included 25 phyla,54 classes,145 orders,272 families,497 genera and 577 species. In the rhizosphere soil samples of peach trees in different areas of Linyi, there were some differences in the composition and structure of bacterial communities, and the order of bacterial richness and diversity was Tangtou>Yishui>Liguan. In the bacterial community, the sum of abundance of Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria reached 50.37%-66.07%,belonging to the absolute dominant bacteria.According to COG functional classification statistics, functional genes of soil bacteria mainly focus on metabolism, genetic information and cell signal transduction. In general, the bacterial diversity and community composition of peach rhizosphere soil were different in different regions.
