玫瑰花渣中黄酮的提取与纯化工艺研究

玫瑰花含有多糖、黄酮、花青素等多种生物活性物质,应用价值高.本研究以提取精油后的玫瑰花渣为原料,研究玫瑰花渣中黄酮的提取、纯化工艺.结果表明,玫瑰花渣中黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶20,提取温度75 ℃,提取时间2 h,在该工艺条件下,提取液中黄酮的提取率为49.75%;最适合玫瑰黄酮纯化的树脂为AB-8树脂,优化了吸附和解吸工艺,吸附时进样流速为3 BV/h,进样浓度为3 mg/mL,水洗体积为3 BV;解吸剂为60%乙醇,解吸流速为2 BV/h,解吸液浓缩干燥后黄酮纯度达80%以上.
Study on the Extraction and Purification Process of Flavonoids from Rose Dregs
Roses are rich in functional substances such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,anthocyanidins,and have biological activities and high application value.In this study,the extraction process of flavonoids from rose dregs after essential oil extraction was studied.The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from rose residue were determined:the concentration of ethanol was 70%,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶20,the extraction temperature was 75 ℃,the extraction time was 2 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 49.75%.AB-8 resin was identified as rose flavone purification resin,and the adsorption and desorption process were optimized.During the adsorption,the injection flow rate was 3 BV/h,the injection concentration was 3 mg/mL,the washing volume was 3 BV,the desorption agent was 60%ethanol,the desorption flow rate was 2 BV/h,and the purity of flavone reached more than 80%after concentration and drying.
