Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Prepared Food Industry in China
Prepared food are semi-finished dishes produced through standardization,and their future development prospects are broad because they meet the cost reduction and efficiency increase needs of the catering market and the fast-paced lifestyle of consumers.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the development of prepared food industry,such as the lack of product characteristics,the difficulty in maintaining flavor,nutrition and quality,the difficulty in food quality and safety supervision,the lack of production equipment,underdeveloped processing technology and imperfect industrial chain management.Furthermore,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of improving product quality,optimizing technical system,upgrading production equipment,perfecting standard system,promoting industrial digital upgrading,and strengthening professional personnel training.This review would provide useful references for improving the economic benefits and competitiveness of prepared food industry in China.
