摘要
富士苹果是我国主要栽培的苹果品种,具有酸甜可口、耐贮藏等特点,深受消费者的喜爱.但富士苹果种植面积大,产量高,不同推广利用模式对苹果销售价格影响很大.本文对黄金富士、晚采雪苹果富士、艺术苹果、功能苹果、锈果富士、不同颜色富士品种混搭等8种富士苹果高价格利用模式的销售价格、种植收益等进行了调研,以期为富士苹果差异化、高值化、产业化开发提供借鉴.
Abstract
Fuji apple is the main cultivated apple variety in China.Consumers deeply love Fuji apple for the outstanding characteristics of sweet and sour taste,storage resistance,etc.However,the promotion and utilization mode has a great impact on the price of apple.This research analyzed the sales price and planting income of 8 kinds of Fuji apple utilization modes,such as cream Fuji,late picking snow Fuji,art apple,functional fruit,Rust fruit,and different varieties mixing and matching,so as to provide reference for differentiated and high-value utilization of Fuji apple.
