Research on No-load Temperature Equalization Performance of Annular Heat Pipe Cold Storage Incubator
Aiming at the problem of poor temperature uniformity in traditional storage box,a cold storage box with annular heat pipe structure was proposed,and a three-dimensional numerical simulation model of no-load temperature equalization performance was established and verified by experiments.The differences of holding time and temperature uniformity between annular heat pipe insulation box and conventional structure cold storage box were compared and analyzed in different arrangements(around arrangement,side+top+bottom arrangement,middle arrangement).The results showed that compared with the conventional storage box,the temperature field and velocity field of the annular heat pipe storage box showed better uniformity.The temperature non-uniformity was 1.13,and the cooling time was 23 h.Because the internal annular heat pipe forms a circular flow field in the box,the convective heat transfer was strengthened and the overall temperature uniformity was better.
