Changes in Main Quality Indicators of Netted Melon Fruits During Ripening Process
In order to analyze the changes in main quality indicators during the ripening process of netted melon and conduct a comprehensive evaluation, this article took the fruits of two varieties,'Bilong'and'Ruilong',from Tianjin as experimental materials at 15,30,45,50,55,60 d after flowering.By measuring the appearance traits and quality traits of fruits at different growth stages, comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality used principal component analysis provides a theoretical basis for the harvesting of greenhouse netted melon in Tianjin. After factor analysis,'Bilong'extracted two main factors, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 91.257%.The comprehensive score model of factor analysis showed that'Bilong'ranks first in fruit score on 50 d after flowering, the second was on 45 d after flowering, and the third was on 55 d after flowering.Based on the analysis of taste and nutritional ranking, the best tasting period for'Bilong'was between 45-55 d after flowering.'Ruilong'extracted two main factors, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 89.957%.The factor analysis comprehensive score model showed that'Ruilong'ranks first in fruit score on 55 d after flowering, and the second was on 60 d after flowering.Based on the analysis of quality and appearance ranking, the best tasting period for'Ruilong'was between 55-60 d after flowering.
