Study on the Control Effect of Different Pesticides on Cucumber Root-knot Nematode Disease
In order to effectively prevent and control cucumber root-knot nematode disease and protect the safe production of cucumber,10.5%abamectin·fosthiazate granules,0.5%abamectin granules and 10%fosthiazate granules were selected in this experiment. The results showed that the control effect of 10.5%abamectin· fosthiazate granules 1 500-1 800 g and 10%fosthiazate granules 1 800 g per 667 m2 was more significant than that of other treatments after 40 days of application, and the control effect reached more than 77%.During the experiment, the leaf color and plant type of cucumber in each treatment area were observed. There was no phytotoxicity, and there was no phenomenon that the treatment promoted or inhibited the growth of cucumber, indicating that each agent was safe to the growth of cucumber under the test dosage. It was suggested that the alternate use of abamectin·fosthiazate compound preparation and fosthiazate single agent in production could not only effectively control cucumber root-knot nematode disease, but also delay the emergence and development of drug resistance.
