摘要
兰陵县是"中国大蒜之乡",大蒜种植历史悠久,品质优良,但近年来随着信息化的快速发展,以及机械化、自动化、数字农业的兴起,传统的大蒜种植、销售、加工等模式受到挑战.本文综述了兰陵县大蒜产业的发展历史、自然条件、产业现状并分析了产业发展存在的问题,如栽培机械化、数字化程度低,信息滞后,精深加工不足等;在此基础上提出了解决对策,以期为兰陵县大蒜产业的发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Lanling is"the hometown of China"garlic,garlic planting has a long history,good quality.But in recent years,with the rapid development of informatization,and mechanization,automation,the traditional garlic planting,sales,processing mode challenged.This paper summarized the development history,natural conditions and current situation of garlic industry in Lanling county,and analyzed the existing problems in industrial development,such as cultivation mechanization,low degree of digitalization,lagging information,and insufficient intensive processing.On this basis,the solution was put forward,in order to provide suggestions for the development of garlic industry in Lanling county.
