Liaoning province is a major province for the production of vegetables,fruits and other cultivated agricultural products.However,with the continuous development of the domestic fruit and vegetable trade industry,the development direction of the fruit and vegetable industry is also facing severe challenges.Storage and preservation is an important link in fruit and vegetable production,transportation,preservation and value-added.This article analyzed the current situation of the fruit and vegetable industry in Liaoning province,elaborated on the existing problems of the fruit and vegetable storage and preservation industry in Liaoning province,and pointed out the development direction of the fruit and vegetable storage and preservation processing industry from the perspectives of strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing brand advantages,and reasonable supporting preservation technologies,in order to promote the rapid development of the fruit and vegetable storage industry in Liaoning province.
