扬州夏季耐热不结球白菜品种比较试验

扬州地区夏季高温多雨,易导致不结球白菜生长受阻,影响其周年供应.为筛选出适宜扬州地区夏季种植的不结球白菜品种,本研究于2023年对12种不结球白菜开展品种比较试验,对其主要植物学性状、产量、感官品质及耐热性进行调查分析.结果表明,不同品种不结球白菜差异较大,其中'NJAU-001'耐热性、产量表现、感官品质均优于对照,综合性状优异,适宜扬州地区夏季高温时期栽培.
Comparative Experiment of Heat-resistant Non-heading Chinese Cabbage Cultivars in Yangzhou in Summer
The high temperature and rainy summer in Yangzhou region can easily lead to the growth retardation of non-heading Chinese cabbage,which affects its annual supply.In order to select cultivars suitable for summer planting in Yangzhou,the main botanical characters,yield,sensory quality and heat resistance of 12 cultivars were investigated in the summer of 2023.The results showed that there were significant differences in various traits among different cultivars.In summary,the heat resistance,yield and sensory quality of'NJAU-001'were better than the control,and the comprehensive characteristics were good,which was suitable for cultivation in summer high temperature season in Yangzhou region.
