Research Progress on Extraction and Application of Active Components of Medicinal and Edible Homologous Substances in China
With the increasing attention of consumers to the homologous substances of medicine and food,the extraction and application prospect of active components in the homologous substances of medicine and food has also become the main research object.In this paper,the main active components in medicinal and edible homologous substances were selected,the extraction methods and comprehensive applications were summarized,the existing problems in current research were analyzed,the solutions were put forward,and the prospect was prospected,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of active components in medicinal and edible homologous substances.
