摘要

近年来,在社会节奏加快、高压工作模式以及突如其来的新冠疫情等多重因素影响下,功能食品市场受众群体年龄范围逐步扩大,聚焦保健食品开发具有重要的产业价值.为了解我国主要药食同源物质保健食品发展现状,本文就药食同源物质应用于保健食品的现状及存在问题进行分析,以功能因子提取应用等方面为切入点展开论述,为药食同源类保健食品研究的进一步发展提供理论依据.

Abstract

In recent years,under multiple factors such as the accelerated pace of society,the age range of the functional food market audience has gradually expanded.Focusing on the development of health food has important industrial value.In order to understand the development status of main medical-food homologous substances in health food in China,the current status and existing problems of the application of medical-food homologous substances in health food were analyzed,and the application of functional factors were discussed as the starting point to provide a certain theoretical basis and reference for the further development of health food research.
