摘要
随着"健康中国"战略的提出和食品科技的快速发展,我国对药食同源物质的开发力度不断加大,加工过程中产生大量的副产品得不到充分利用.本文以酸枣仁、葛根、石榴、花椒和黄精五种药食同源物质为例综述了其副产品综合利用的研究现状,总结了存在的问题,并对药食同源物质副产品的应用提出展望,以期提高其综合利用效率和减少对环境的污染.
Abstract
With the strategy of"Healthy China"and the rapid development of food science and technology,China's development of medicinal and food ingredients has been increasing,and a large number of by-products generated in the processing process are not fully utilized.In this paper,the research status of comprehensive utilization of by-products of five kinds of medicinal and foodstuff substances,namely,semen ziziphi spinosae,Pueraria lobata,pomegranate,Zanthoxylum bungeanum and polygonatum,for example,was reviewed,the current problems in the field were summarized,and the application of by-products of medicinal and foodstuff substances was prospected with a view to improving the efficiency of their comprehensive utilization and reducing the pollution to the environment.
