Fan Selection Method for Fruit and Vegetable Preservation Cold Storage Based on Reducing Drying Loss
In the construction and operation of non-desiccant fruit and vegetable preservation storages,the rational selection of cooling fans is of key significance for maintaining product quality and reducing energy consumption.This paper analyzed and studied the key design input parameters and related conditions affecting the selection of cooling fans,and discussed methods for determining output parameters and verifying technical requirements.The objective of this study was to provide a feasible and practical process for the selection of cooling fans in non-desiccant fruit and vegetable preservation storages,in order to reduce food desiccation and ensure the freshness preservation effect within the cold storage.Through the collation of design parameters,confirmation of conditions,and verification,a fan selection method had been established.The results showed that this selection method could effectively reduce food desiccation and enhance energy efficiency.
