摘要
为优化螺旋藻生长条件、提高螺旋藻品质,本研究采用单因素试验培养,测定螺旋藻的光密度值与干物质含量,探究不同培养条件(光照时间、pH值、氯化钠浓度、摇瓶次数和葡萄糖浓度)对螺旋藻生长的影响.结果表明,螺旋藻生长的适宜条件为光暗周期比12∶12,pH值9.0,盐浓度0.1 mol/L,葡萄糖浓度3.0 g/L,以及增加螺旋藻的摇瓶次数.
Abstract
In order to optimize the growth conditions and improve the quality of Spirulina,this experiment used single factor tests,determined the optical density value and dry matter content of Spirulina,and explored the effects of different culture conditions(light time,pH,sodium chloride concentration,flask shake times and glucose concentration)on the growth of Spirulina.The results showed that the suitable conditions for the growth of Spirulinawere:the light-dark cycle ratio was 12∶12,the pH was about 9.0,the salt concentration was 0.1 mol/L,and the glucose concentration was 3.0 g/L,as well as increasing the number of shake flasks for Spirulina.
