超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测果蔬中植物生长调节剂及残留规律研究

近年来,植物生长调节剂的检测备受关注.本实验建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测果蔬中 11 种植物生长调节剂残留量的检测方法,为保障消费食品安全提供技术支持.结果表明,11 种植物生长调节剂在一定范围内呈线性关系,R2均大于 0.99,检出限为 0.5~5 μg/kg,回收率为 80.8%~117.0%.选取猕猴桃为典型样品,分析了氯吡脲在典型样品中的残留规律,发现氯吡脲在果实成熟前两个半月降解速度快,到成熟前 1 月基本降解完全.该方法可以高效、快速地实现对植物生长调节剂的检测,为果蔬中植物生长调节剂的风险监控和评估提供技术支撑.
Residue Determination of Plant Growth Regulators in Fruits and Vegetables by UPLC-MS and Studied the Regulation of Plant Growth Regulators
In recent years,the detection of plant growth regulators has received much attention.To establish an analytical method for the determination of 11 kinds of plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).Each component had a good linear relationship in a certain range,R2>0.99.The limits of detection of the method were in ranged of 0.5-5 μg/kg.The average recoveries were 80.8%-117.0%.Through the study of the residue pattern of chlorpyrifos in kiwifruit,it was found that chlorpyrifos degrades rapidly in the first two and a half months of fruit ripening,and was basically completely degraded by the first month before ripening.This method could efficiently detect plant growth regulators,and provide technical support for risk monitoring and evaluation of plant growth regulators in vegetables and fruits.
