Study on the Extraction of Lentinus edodes Polysaccharide by Two Phase Ultrasonic Assisted Boiling Water Method
In order to achieve efficient extraction of Lentinan edodespolysaccharides, this article used two-stage ultrasound assisted boiling water extraction.Based on single factor analysis, response surface methodology was used to optimize the optimal extraction process conditions of two-stage ultrasound. The results showed that liquid ratio was 1∶20(g/mL),ultrasonic power was 300 W,ultrasonic temperature was 60℃,the first ultrasonic time was 30 min,and the second ultrasonic time was 5 min,the yield of polysaccharides extraction rate was 13.38%.The result showed that the two-stage ultrasonic assisted boiling water extraction process could significantly increase the extraction rate of L.edodes polysaccharides, which would provide a reliable theoretical basis for the industrial production of L.edodes.
