Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Tremella fuciformis Polysaccharide
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide resources and the industrialization of polysaccharide compounds, the microwave-assisted extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor test and response surface method, taking the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Gutian T.fuciformisas the index. The results showed that the optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of crude polysaccharides from T.fuciformis were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 54∶1(mL/g),microwave time 32 min, microwave power 420 W.Under this condition, the polysaccharide extraction rate was 31.27%,and the deviation from the theoretical prediction value(32.025%)was small, indicating that the model parameters optimized by the response surface were stable and predictable. The optimized T.fuciformis polysaccharide extraction process could greatly shorten the extraction time, save costs, and provide a reference for the deep processing of tremella polysaccharide.
