云南预制菜产业发展基础与对策研究

随着社会需求的变化,预制菜成为当下食品行业备受关注的新风口和投资新赛道.本文对当前全国预制菜行业概况、各地区布局与认知现状、发展前景以及当下预制菜产业的痛点难点进行阐述,并针对云南预制菜产业现阶段的发展基础现状、存在问题和发展难点进行了分析,同时结合云南省实际情况与地域饮食特色,提出发展对策,以期促进云南预制菜产业的高质量发展.
Development Basis and Countermeasures Suggestions of Prepared Food Industry in Yunnan
With the changes in current social needs,prepared food industuy has become a new outlet and a new track for investment in the current food industry.This paper expounded the current general situation,the status quo of regional layout and development cognition,development prospects,as well as the pain points and difficulties of the current prepared food industry.It also analyzed the basic status quo,existing problems and development difficulties of prepared food industry in Yunnan at the present stage.Combined the difficulties with the actual development situation of Yunnan province and regional dietary characteristics,a series of research suggestions and countermeasures were put forward,in order to promote the high quality development of Yunnan prefabricated vegetable industry.
