摘要
信丰萝卜是信丰县古老的地方栽培品种,具有皮薄、肉质细密、口感脆嫩、富含糖分、生吃不辛辣等特性,是当地推动乡村振兴的重要农业项目.本文阐述了信丰萝卜种质资源现状,通过查阅文献、走访信丰萝卜主产区及实地数据收集等方式,开展了对信丰萝卜种质资源现存情况、栽培面积、栽培模式、制种等情况的调研,提出了促进种质资源发展的对策建议,以期为信丰萝卜品牌的打造及产业发展提供参考.
Abstract
Xinfeng radish is an ancient local cultivated variety in Xinfeng county,with characteristics such as thin skin,fine flesh,crispy and tender taste,high sugar content,and non spicy.It is an important agricultural project for promoting rural revitalization in the local area.This article elaborated on the current status of Xinfeng radish germplasm resources.Through literature review,visits to the main production areas of Xinfeng radish,and on-site data collection,a survey was conducted on the existing situation,cultivation area,cultivation mode,seed production,and other aspects of Xinfeng radish germplasm resources.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the development of germplasm resources,in order to provide reference for the creation of Xinfeng radish brand and industrial development.
