Study on the Effect of Foliar Fertilizer Replacing Plant Growth Regulators on Grape Yield and Quality
Plant growth regulators are often used in grape cultivation to promote fruit enlargement and increase yield, but excessive use can lead to a decrease in fruit quality. To explore alternative methods for increasing grape yield by replacing plant growth regulators,Amika foliar fertilizer and CPPU(a kind growth regulater)treatment were applied to two grape varieties,at different growth stages of grapes. The fruit quality and yield indicators of grapes were investigated. The results showed that Amika foliar fertilizer and CPPU could promote the enlargement of grape grains and increase yield. There was not much difference in yield increase on'Summer Black'grapes, but the effect of CPPU treatment was more significant on'Shine Muscat'grapes. Both treatments could lead to a decrease in soluble sugar content.Spraying Amika foliar fertilizer could reduce total acid content, increase VC content, and enhance the flavor quality and nutritional value of grapes. However,CPPU treatment could lead to an increase in total acid content of grapes, affecting their taste.Overall,in the production of'Shine Muscat'grapes, the effect of Amika foliar fertilizer was not significant compared to the treatment with CPPU.However,in the production of'Summer Black'grapes, spraying Amika foliar fertilizer can replace the treatment with chlorpyramide, achieving the effect of improving quality and increasing yield
