Research on the Competitiveness Evaluation of Frozen Vegetable Industry in China from the Perspective of"Dual Circulation"
Frozen vegetables play an important role in meeting modern consumption needs,enhancing the added value of agricultural products,and improving international competitiveness.However,in an environment where trade protectionism is spreading,the uncertainty risk of agricultural product trade has increased significantly,and the development of the frozen vegetable industry is also facing a series of challenges.Based on the new development pattern(dual circulation),this paper used michael porter's diamond model and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the competitiveness of China's frozen vegetable industry.It also proposed optimization measures from several aspects such as production efficiency,demand stimulation,industrial chain coordination,strategic layout,policy guidance,and opportunity insight,with the aim of promoting the development of the frozen vegetable industry and creating a convenient place for domestic and foreign market operations.
