Pesticide Residues Detection and Risk Assessment in Hami cantaloupe
To clarify the current status of pesticide residues in Hami cantaloupe, this study used QuEChERS sample pretreatment method, combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS),to determined 156 pesticide residues in H.cantaloupe, and conducted a chronic dietary intake risk assessment. The results showed that the detection rate of H.cantaloupe samples was 81.8%,with a total of 22 pesticides detected.Among them, the detection rates of Pythiram and Carbendazim were relatively high,at 68.2%and 45.5%,respectively.The dietary intake risk of residual pesticides for 4-6 children, pregnant woman and general population was all lower than 100%.The results indicated that there were pesticide residues in H.cantaloupe, but the residual level was not high, and the dietary intake risk was within an acceptable range. This study could provide scientific basis for the quality and safety supervision of cantaloupe, and also provided reference data for consumers.
