Experimental Study on the Integrated Management of Water and Fertilizer in Cabbage in Longdong Region
To clarify the application and feasibility of integrated management of water and fertilizer in open field production of cabbage in Longdong region, the cabbage variety'Chunwang'was used as the experimental material to study the effects of traditional irrigation and fertilization(CK),integrated management of water and fertilizer, integrated management of water and fertilizer+reduction of fertilizer treatment on the growth, yield, and quality of open field cabbage. The results showed that under the same fertilization amount, integrated management of water and fertilizer increased yield by 23 738 kg/hm2 compared to CK,with a yield increase rate of 21.0%.When reducing the amount of topdressing by 20%,the yield increased by 16 866 kg/hm2 compared to CK,with a yield increase rate of 14.9%.The integrated management of water and fertilizer saved 650 m3/hm2 of water compared to CK,with a water-saving rate of 39.3%.Comprehensive analysis showed that the integrated management of water and fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of cabbage, increase yield, improved quality, effectively reduce fertilizer application, save water resources, and could be promoted in the production of open field cabbage in Longdong region.
