摘要
鲜食玉米因营养丰富、风味独特、种植简单、周期较短、附加值高等特点,深受消费者青睐.本文从种植产区分布、主栽品种、种植模式、加工现状等方面分析了河北省鲜食玉米产业发展现状,指出了河北省鲜食玉米存在的问题,如遗传基因狭窄、缺乏优异品种、栽培技术集成度低、缺乏统一标准、加工企业品牌意识弱、甜加糯型玉米加工工艺不成熟等,并提出了培育优良品种、集成优质高产栽培技术、加大新产品研发力度、拓宽鲜食玉米利用途径、打造知名品牌、发展订单农业等发展对策,为河北省乃至北方地区鲜食玉米产业健康发展提供指导意见.
Abstract
Fresh corn is highly favored by consumers with rich nutrition,unique flavor,simple cultivation,short planting cycle and high added value.This article analyzed the current development situation of fresh corn industry in Hebei province from the distribution of planting areas,main planting varieties,planting modes and processing situation,pointed out the problems of narrow genetic inheritance,lack of excellent varieties,low integration of cultivation techniques,lack of unified standards,low brand awareness of processing enterprises and immature processing technology of sweet-waxy fresh corn.This article proposed development strategies of cultivating excellent varieties,integrating high-quality and yield cultivation techniques,increasing new product development,expanding the utilization of fresh corn,building well-known brands and developing order agriculture.It will provide guidance for the healthy development of fresh corn in Hebei and even northern regions.
