Artemisia annua is one of the main varieties of vegetables exported by Rudong for foreign exchange, but the problem of soil continuous cropping obstacles caused by years of greenhouse cultivation. In order to improve the remediation effect of soil continuous cropping obstacles in facility vegetables, based on the diagnosis of soil continuous cropping obstacles in the A.annua vegetable base in Rudong county, the obstacle soil was subjected to greenhouse and lime nitrogen disinfection treatment,as well as full balanced fertilization treatment. The basic chemical properties of the soil, microbial colony structure, and crop yield response were observed. The results showed that the combination of lime nitrogen greenhouse and balanced fertilization increased the relatively scarce available iron, manganese, and boron content in the soil to a certain extent, and the structure of soil available nutrient supply was effectively improved, significantly increasing the yield of A.annua by nearly 30%.After treatment, there were significant changes in the community structure of soil bacteria and fungi. The relative abundance of Actinobacteria increased by 11.28%and Firmicutes decreased by 13.9%.The Mortierellomycota phylum in fungi had significantly increased, while the proportion of pathogenic bacteria, such as fecal shell fungi, was very low.Among various soil physicochemical factors, trace elements manganese and boron had a significant impact on microbial colony structure.
