石灰氮处理配合均衡施肥对青蒿菜生长及土壤微生物群落结构的影响

The Effect of Lime Nitrogen Treatment Combined with Balanced Fertilization on the Growth of Artemisia annuaand Soil Microbial Community Structure

青蒿菜是如东县出口创汇蔬菜主要品种之一,但连年大棚种植引起了土壤连作障碍问题.为提高设施蔬菜土壤连作障碍修复效果,在对如东县青蒿菜基地土壤连作障碍进行诊断的基础上,对障碍土壤进行闷棚与石灰氮消毒处理及全元均衡施肥处理,并测定土壤基本化学性质、微生物菌落结构、作物产量.结果表明,石灰氮闷棚结合全元均衡施肥在一定程度上提高了土壤中相对缺乏的有效铁、锰、硼含量,土壤有效养分供应结构得到有效改善,显著增加青蒿菜产量近30%;土壤细菌与真菌群落结构均发生了显著变化,放线菌门的相对丰度增加了 11.28%,而厚壁菌门下降了13.9%;真菌中被孢霉门显著增加,而病原菌粪壳菌占比则非常低.各土壤理化因子中,微量元素锰和硼对微生物菌落结构影响较大.
Artemisia annua is one of the main varieties of vegetables exported by Rudong for foreign exchange,but the problem of soil continuous cropping obstacles caused by years of greenhouse cultivation.In order to improve the remediation effect of soil continuous cropping obstacles in facility vegetables,based on the diagnosis of soil continuous cropping obstacles in the A.annua vegetable base in Rudong county,the obstacle soil was subjected to greenhouse and lime nitrogen disinfection treatment,as well as full balanced fertilization treatment.The basic chemical properties of the soil,microbial colony structure,and crop yield response were observed.The results showed that the combination of lime nitrogen greenhouse and balanced fertilization increased the relatively scarce available iron,manganese,and boron content in the soil to a certain extent,and the structure of soil available nutrient supply was effectively improved,significantly increasing the yield of A.annua by nearly 30%.After treatment,there were significant changes in the community structure of soil bacteria and fungi.The relative abundance of Actinobacteria increased by 11.28%and Firmicutes decreased by 13.9%.The Mortierellomycota phylum in fungi had significantly increased,while the proportion of pathogenic bacteria,such as fecal shell fungi,was very low.Among various soil physicochemical factors,trace elements manganese and boron had a significant impact on microbial colony structure.
