Biological Characteristics of Melon Vine Blight and Screening of Preventive Agents
In order to clarify the biological characteristics of the pathogen of melon cran blight and select the drugs suitable for the prevention and treatment of the disease, this test cultured the pathogen under different temperature,pH,carbon source and nitrogen source conditions, and determined the most favorable temperature,pH,carbon source and nitrogen source for the growth of the pathogen.Using the mycelium growth rate method, three fungicides and PDA culture medium were mixed to make a drug-containing culture medium to determine the inhibition rate and build a virulence regression to calculate the EC50.The results showed that the most suitable temperature of melon blight pathogens was 25℃,the most suitable pH was 6,the most suitable carbon source was glucose, and the most suitable nitrogen source was protein and potassium nitrate.Among the three agents tested,Bamoxazole had the best inhibition effect, with EC50 of 2.097,followed by Triazolone, with EC50 of 2.494;and the worst effect of Daisen manganese zinc, with EC50 of 2.531.Exploring the effects of different environmental conditions on the growth of Fusarium graminearum could effectively assist in the screening of environmentally friendly and effective biological control agents, providing scientific basis and technical support for the sustainable development of the melon industry.
