摘要
蔬菜、水果产业是扎囊县的特色农业产业,近年来扎囊县果蔬产业发展迅速,但也存在产业结构不合理、产业技术支撑力量薄弱、缺乏配套产品加工、生产机械化智能化程度低、冷链物流体系不健全等问题.基于此,本文分析了扎囊县果蔬产业发展优势和现状,并提出优化果蔬产业结构、加大科技投入力度、引进果蔬加工设备、普及果蔬生产机械化、提升果蔬生产智能化管理水平、构建果蔬产品冷链物流体系等对策,为扎囊县果蔬产业高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
The vegetable and fruit industry is one of the characteristic agricultural industries in Zhanang county.In recent years,although some achievements have been made in the development of the fruit and vegetable industry in Zhanang county,the fruit and vegetable industry in Zhanang county has problems,such as unreasonable industrial structure,weak of the strength of industrial technical support,lack of product processing,low level of mechanization and intelligence of production,unsound cold chain logistics system.Based on this,this article analyzed the development advantages and current situation of the fruit and vegetable industry in Zhanang county.It put forward some countermeasures,such as optimizing the structure of fruit and vegetable industry,increasing investment in science and technology,introduction of fruit and vegetable processing equipment,popularizing mechanization of fruit and vegetable,improving the level of intelligent management of fruit and vegetable production,constructing the cold chain logistics system of fruit and vegetable products.
