Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of blood routine examination combined with urine routine examination in rectal polyps. Methods Total 97 patients with rectal polyps admitted to our hos-pital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 97 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood rou-tine examination and urine routine examination were performed in both groups, and the accuracy of blood routine and urine routine indexes in the diagnosis of rectal polyps was compared between the two groups. Results The white blood cell count and red blood cell count in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in hemoglobin level(P>0.05).Occult blood tests of 97 patients in the observation group and 18 patients in the control group were positive.White blood cells were increased in different degrees, and urine pH test had no obvious rule. There were 115 patients with rectal polyps and 79 healthy people confirmed by colonoscopy,85 patients with rec-tal polyps and 69 healthy people confirmed by urine routine examination,90 patients with rectal polyps and 71 healthy people confirmed by blood routine examination.Urine routine examination diagnosed 85 pa-tients,the accuracy rate was 79.38%.Blood routine examination diagnosed 90 patients, the accuracy rate was 82.99%.Urine routine examination combined with blood routine examination diagnosed 104 patients, the accuracy rate was 92.78%.The combined diagnosis of rectal polyps by the two methods was more ac-curate(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood picture of patients with rectal polyps increases after the onset of rectal polyps. In clinical diagnosis of rectal polyps, urine routine examination combined with blood rou-tine examination can be used to assist diagnosis,so as to make the diagnosis of rectal polyps more accurate.
