Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of injection ligation combined with Shengji Cuyu Medicinal Paste orally in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with grade Ⅱ～Ⅳ.Methods Total 98 ca-ses of mixed hemorrhoids with grade Ⅱ～Ⅳ treated by operation in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.All patients in both groups were treated with injection ligation,and routine fluid supplementation was per-formed after operation to prevent inflammation and infection.Patients in the observation group were given Shengji Cuyu Medicinal Paste orally,and were treated continuously for 10 days after operation.The effica-cy,pain score,wound exudation score,wound healing time and hospital stay of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate was 97.96％in the observation group and 95.92％in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P＞0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,the wound pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the wound exudation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Injection ligation combined with Shengji Cuyu Medicinal Paste orally in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with grade Ⅱ～Ⅳ is effective,which can not only alleviate postoperative pain,reduce wound exudation,but al-so shorten wound healing time and hospital stay,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
