Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huaijiao Pill combined with diosamine tablet in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 82 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Outpatient Department of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with diosamine tab-let orally,while the observation group was treated with Huaijiao Pill on this basis,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The efficacy,pain score,bleeding score,anal edema score,serum inflammatory factor level and quality of life(QOL)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total ef-fective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in pain score,bleeding score and anal edge edema score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,pain score,bleeding score and anal edge edema score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleu-kin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP of both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in QOL score between the two groups be-fore treatment(P＞0.05).QOL score of both groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with Huaijiao Pill and diosamine tablet has good clinical effi-cacy,which can alleviate pain and edema,reduce bleeding,serum inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life.
