Effect of Shenque Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine Combined with"1+1+X"Collaborative Service Mode Led by Specialist Nurses on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Colorectal Cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenque acupoint application of Chinese medicine com-bined with"1+1+X"collaborative service mode led by specialist nurses on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2023 were selected as study participants and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 34 patients in each group.Patients in the control group re-ceived routine nursing after surgery.The"1+1+X"collaborative service mode led by specialist nurses combined with Shenque acupoint application of Chinese medicine was added to the observation group on the basis of the control group. The first exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, first defecation time and hos-pital stay of patients were compared in the two groups. The expression levels of motilin(MTL),soma-tostatin(SS)and gastrin(GAS),gastrointestinal adverse reactions and postoperative complications, and the quality of life of the two groups before and after care were compared. Results The first postopera-tive exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, first defecation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of MTL,SS and GAS between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the levels of SS and GAS in both groups were decreased, and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).MTL level was increased, and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and postopera-tive complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were decreased, and were lower in the ob-servation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"1+1+X"collaborative service mode led by specialist nurses combined with Shenque acupoint application of Chinese medicine can promote the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the expression levels of gastrointestinal hormones, reduce the incidence of postop-erative gastrointestinal adverse reactions and postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
