摘要
目的:探讨聚焦解决模式的心理护理对结肠镜检查患者恐惧心理及依从性的影响.方法:将110例行结肠镜检查患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例.对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予聚焦解决模式的心理护理干预,比较2组患者心理状况及依从性.结果:观察组结肠镜检查患者恐惧程度低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组结肠镜检查患者运动、饮食、服药依从性均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:聚焦解决模式的心理护理可以显著减少结肠镜检查患者恐惧心理,提高患者的依从性,为结肠镜顺利检查提供保障.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused model of psychological nursing on the fear and compliance of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods Total 110 patients undergoing colonosco-py were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,55 cases in each group.Pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given solution-focused model of psychological nursing intervention.The psychological state and com-pliance of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The fear degree of patients undergoing colonoscopy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The exercise,diet and medication compliance of patients undergoing colonoscopy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The solution-focused model of psychological nursing can significantly reduce the fear of patients undergoing colonoscopy,improve the patients'compli-ance,and ensure the smooth examination of colonoscopy.
