Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused model of psychological nursing on the fear and compliance of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods Total 110 patients undergoing colonosco-py were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,55 cases in each group.Pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given solution-focused model of psychological nursing intervention.The psychological state and com-pliance of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The fear degree of patients undergoing colonoscopy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The exercise,diet and medication compliance of patients undergoing colonoscopy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The solution-focused model of psychological nursing can significantly reduce the fear of patients undergoing colonoscopy,improve the patients'compli-ance,and ensure the smooth examination of colonoscopy.
