Clinical Efficacy of Xiaozhiling Injection of"Trinity Method"on Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhiling Injection of"trinity method"of rectal flap,rectal mucosa and hemorrhoid nucleus in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods To-tal 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan-uary to September 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH),and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling Injection of"trinity method"of rectal flap,rectal mucosa and hemorrhoid nucleus combined with MMH.The overall efficacy of recent operation,the degree of postoperative anal pain and edema,wound healing time,the time of each defecation,incomplete defecation and anal stenosis 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in cure rate between the observation group(100％)and the control group(97.5％)(P＞0.05).The scores of anal pain and edema at the 1st,5th,7th and 14th days after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Three months after operation,the duration of each defecation in the observation group was signifi-cantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of incomplete defecation and anal stenosis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with MMH,Xiaozhiling Injection of"trinity method"of rectal flap,rectal mucosa and hemorrhoid nucleus combined with MMH has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,with less pain and edema,shorter wound healing time,lower incidence of anal stenosis and better anal function.
