Application Value of Combined Long-Axis and Short-Axis Tracking Scanning Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Anal Fistula
Objective To explore the application value of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of anal fistula. Methods A total of 62 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the re-search objects. All patients underwent combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-en-hanced ultrasound examination. The examination results were compared with the surgical results, and the effect of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of anal fistula was analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound for internal opening was slightly higher than that of short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-en-hanced ultrasound for internal opening was significantly higher than that of long-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound for main fistula was higher than that of long-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference be-tween combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound for main fistula(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound for branch fistula was higher than that of long-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound and short-axis tracking scan-ning contrast-enhanced ultrasound(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between long-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultra-sound for branch fistula(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined long-axis and short-axis track-ing scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound for anal fistula classification was higher than that of long-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultra-sound(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined long-axis and short-axis tracking scanning contrast-enhanced ultrasound can more clearly observe the internal opening, main fistula, branch fistula and other conditions of anal fistula, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of anal fistula classification.
