Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder Combined with Qingchang Huayu Formula on Ulcerative Colitis and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder combined with Qingchang Huayu Formula on ulcerative colitis(UC)and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods Total 96 patients with UC admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine+Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder,and the observation group was treated with Qingchang Huayu Formula on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,symptom relief state and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group(95.83％)was higher than that of the control group(81.25％)(P＜0.05).The scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,tenesmus,bloody purulent stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Saccha-romyces Boulardii Powder and Qingchang Huayu Formula in the treatment of UC can improve the thera-peutic effect,and is more helpful to relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory fac-tors.
