Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic-assisted Transanal Modified Soave Surgery for Hirschsprung's Disease
Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted transanal modified Soave sur-gery for Hirschsprung's disease. Methods The clinical data of 62 children with Hirschsprung's disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to dif-ferent surgical treatment methods, they were divided into the laparoscopic group(laparoscopic-assisted transanal modified Soave surgery,32 cases)and the conventional group(conventional transanal modified Soave surgery,30 cases). The perioperative related indicators, postoperative complications and anal func-tion 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results Total 62 children under-went surgery successfully. The operation time, postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay in the lapa-roscopic group were shorter than those in the conventional group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the anal function 6 months after op-eration was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparo-scopic-assisted transanal modified Soave surgery for Hirschsprung's disease is better than that of transanal modified Soave surgery. It can not only shorten the operation time, postoperative ambulation time and hos-pital stay, reduce the intraoperative blood loss, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but also improve anal function.
