Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage on Postoperative Rectal Cancer
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on postopera-tive rectal cancer.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,total 30 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group was combined with VSD on the basis of the control group.The postoperative infection,wound healing time,immune function,inflammatory factor levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,there was no significant difference in postoperative infection be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The inflammatory factor levels and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the immune function indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion VSD for postoperative rectal cancer can avoid serious complications,improve patients'immune function and postoperative quality of life and reduce postoperative inflammatory factor levels,which is of great signifi-cance to promote postoperative rehabilitation and is worthy of promotion and application.
