Clinical Efficacy of Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids Combined with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy in Treating 52 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,total 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hos-pital were randomly divided into the treatment group(52 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The treatment group was treated with RPH combined with MMH,while the control group was treated simply with RPH.The operation time,wound healing time,pain index,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,wound healing time,pain index and complications between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100.0％VS 79.3％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion RPH combined with MMH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has a definite clinical efficacy,which can make up for the de-ficiency of simple RPH,with a wider range of treatment and obviously better long-term efficacy.
