痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后水肿的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后水肿的临床效果.方法:将2020年6月至2022年3月,本院收治70例混合痔患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例.均采用相同的手术方式治疗,对照组术后采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴,观察组术后采用痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,比较2组患者术后水肿程度.结果:观察组术后3 d和9 d的肛缘水肿情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:混合痔术后采用痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴,能有效减轻水肿,临床效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhi-tongning Lotion in treating postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2020 to March 2022,total 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were randomly divided into the ob-servation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.All patients were treated with the same surgical methods.After operation,the control group received fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing,while the observation group received fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhitongning Lotion.The degree of postoperative edema was compared between the two groups.Results The anal edge edema of the observation group was better than that of the con-trol group at 3 and 9 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhitongning Lotion for postoperative mixed hemor-rhoids can effectively reduce edema,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.
