Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shenbo Lotion in treating delayed wound healing after low simple anal fistula operation. Methods From June 2021 to December 2022,total 40 patients with delayed wound healing after anal fistula operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group.Shenbo Lotion gauze was used in the treatment group for wound drainage and dressing change, while 0.9%saline gauze was used in the control group for conventional dressing change. The wound secretion, wound pain, wound granulation growth, wound healing time and curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results The scores of wound secretion, wound pain and wound granulation growth of the treatment group after anal fistula oper-ation were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treat-ment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenbo Lotion is effec-tive in the treatment of delayed wound healing after anal fistula operation, which can reduce wound secre-tion,relieve pain, promote granulation growth, and shorten wound healing time, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
