Clinical Efficacy of Dressing Change of Compound Shengji Yuhong Ointment in Promoting Wound Healing Af-ter Anal Fistula Operation
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dressing change of Compound Shengji Yuhong Ointment gauze in promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,total 80 postoperative patients with anal fistula in our hospital were selected and ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The wound of the treatment group was externally applied with Compound Shengji Yuhong Ointment gauze,and the wound of the control group was externally applied with Vaseline gauze.The clinical efficacy,wound heal-ing time,appearance time of granulation tissue and epithelial tissue,wound pain score and granulation tis-sue growth score of both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The appearance time of granulation tissue after op-eration was earlier in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing speed was significantly faster in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05),and the wound pain,edema and granulation tissue growth scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion After anal fistula operation,the clinical effect of dressing change of Compound Shengji Yuhong Ointment gauze is better than that of dressing change of traditional Vaseline gauze.It can accelerate wound healing,reduce postoperative edema and pain.
