Clinical Efficacy of Hupo Shengji Ointment in Treatment of Postoperative Heat-Toxin Accumulation Type of Perianal Abscess
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hupo Shengji Ointment in treating heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess.Methods From October 2021 to May 2022,total 60 patients with postoperative heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Hupo Shengji Ointment,while the control group was treated with Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO).The reduction rate of wound area,wound healing time,and pain degree of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The reduction rate of wound area in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The pain score and the granulation tissue score in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hupo Shengji Ointment has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess,which can relieve wound pain and accelerate wound healing.
